Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what information is processed when you visit madridairporthotel.com and what choices you have.

What we collect

This is a static, informational website. All pages can be read without creating an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details.

Visitor statistics

We use Statcounter, a web analytics service, to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Statcounter may set a cookie and records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Statcounter’s own privacy policy is at statcounter.com/about/legal/.

Server logs

Like almost every website, the servers hosting this site keep standard access logs (IP address, time of request, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to identify individual visitors.

Third-party links and embedded content

Hotel links on this site lead to Booking.com. Once you leave this site, the destination site’s privacy policy applies. Booking.com sets its own cookies and processes booking data under its own policy; see booking.com/content/privacy.html. The flight search link in the sidebar leads to a partner flight search service, whose own policy applies there. Web fonts load from Bunny Fonts, a privacy-focused font service that does not log or store visitor IP addresses.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cookies may be set by Statcounter (analytics) as described above, or by Booking.com and other sites you open from our links. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works fully without them.

Your rights

This site is aimed at travellers using Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD), you have rights over personal data concerning you, including access, rectification, erasure and objection. Because this site keeps no user accounts and no database of visitor identities, such requests will usually concern data held by the third-party services above; please contact them directly.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy when the tools or services used by the site change. The date below shows when it was last verified.
